1. Content Ownership & Rights
Developers confirm they own or have the legal right to share the recipes and documents they upload. You grant Formurr a non-exclusive right to display, market, and sell this content on the platform.
2. Intellectual Property
You remain the original owner of your intellectual property. You agree not to upload copied, stolen, or unauthorized content that violates third-party confidentiality.
3. Technical Accuracy
Developers are solely responsible for the technical accuracy, originality, and safety compliance of their recipes. Formurr does not verify chemical or nutritional stability.
4. Earnings & Payouts
Formurr deducts marketplace commissions and processing fees from total earnings. Payouts may be held for verification, fraud prevention, or refund handling to ensure platform integrity.
5. Non-Circumvention
To protect the marketplace ecosystem, developers agree not to bypass Formurr to directly sell to customers or businesses first introduced through our platform.
6. Quality & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any developer account that violates our quality standards, IP policies, or professional conduct requirements.
