1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All formulations, ingredient percentages, process parameters, and technical specifications remain the exclusive intellectual property of the original creator (Developer).
2. Licensing & Usage Rights
Upon purchase, Buyers receive a non-exclusive license for internal use by a single business entity. This license grants the right to manufacture products based on the recipe but does not transfer the underlying copyright.
3. Prohibited Actions
Buyers are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling or redistributing recipe files or PDFs.
- Publicly sharing confidential ingredient percentages.
- Uploading purchased content to third-party marketplaces or AI training sets.
- Claiming original authorship of the formulation.
4. Data Protection & Previews
Formurr protects sensitive data by hiding "Process Steps" and "Ingredient Percentages" until a transaction is finalized. We may use non-confidential summaries and thumbnails for promotional purposes.
5. Enforcement & Disputes
We reserve the right to investigate ownership challenges and suspend any accounts found to be in violation of copyright or unauthorized sharing protocols.
