- Consultation services that were not provided.
- Verified evidence of fraudulent transactions.
3. Request Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of the original purchase date.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds typically take 5 to 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Formurr reserves the right to reject requests if:
- The content has already been downloaded or accessed.
- Work has already commenced on custom recipe projects or developer services.
- The request falls outside the 7-day window.
