Compliance: Suppliers must maintain up-to-date technical documentation and certifications for all listed materials.
1. Authorization & Legal Right
Suppliers confirm they possess the legal authority to promote, advertise, and sell their ingredients, raw materials, additives, or packaging solutions through the Formurr platform.
2. Accuracy of Claims
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all nutritional claims, purity levels, certifications, and technical specifications provided in your listings are accurate and legally defensible.
3. Technical Documentation Requirements
To maintain platform integrity, suppliers may be required to provide and maintain:
- COA & TDS: Certificate of Analysis and Technical Data Sheets.
- Safety: MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) where applicable.
- Certifications: HACCP, ISO, Halal, or Kosher certificates.
4. Listing Management
Formurr reserves the right to remove or reject any listing deemed misleading, unsafe, or non-compliant with international food safety standards.
5. Transactional Responsibility
Suppliers manage their own communications and fulfillment. Formurr acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee specific lead generation volumes or commercial sales targets.
6. Fees & Advertising
Participation in the supplier marketplace may involve subscription, promotional, or targeted advertising fees as outlined in your specific vendor plan.
